Zaiizy offers free returns to Iceland and Europe customers for store credit and exchange within 30 days of delivery for selected countries. First time customers will be eligible for a refund on their first purchase only which is subject to a return fee calculated at time of return. Please note, final sale items are not included in this policy and are unable to be returned.

Return Policy

 Return Period: Customers can return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 Return Conditions:

• Items must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• All tags must be intact.

 Return Process:

2. Pack the items securely with the receipt or order invoice.

3. Send the return package to the address provided on our website (or specify the return address).

Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect items sent or defective products.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
