 Shipping Options:

 • Standard Shipping: Delivery time 2-4 business days. Cost:  2,773 ISK

• Express Shipping: Delivery time 1-2 business days. Cost: 3,466 ISK

 

Free Shipping: Available for orders over 20,000 ISK.

Delivery Areas: We deliver throughout Iceland

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping.

 

Return Policy

 Return Period: Customers can return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 Return Conditions:

• Items must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.

• All tags must be intact.

 Return Process:

1. Complete the return form available on the [Return Form] page of our website.

2. Pack the items securely with the receipt or order invoice.

3. Send the return package to the address provided on our website (or specify the return address).

Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect items sent or defective products.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges at this time. Customers are encouraged to return the item and place a new order.
